Bryce Ballew
Built on Two Decades in the Field
Bryce Ballew is the founder and CEO of Construction Incorporated, a commercial construction management firm built on over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to launching his own firm in 2010, Bryce managed projects for GE Johnson and Jordy Construction, gaining deep expertise across all facets of design and construction management. He leads projects from pre-construction, including design team selection, scope, budget, and scheduling, through contracting, on-site management, and closeout, giving owners a single point of accountability from first shovel to final walkthrough.
In 2017 Bryce combined his experience in the construction sector with his entrepreneurial vision to design and build Tradecraft Industries, the nation's first construction focused flex-office space, earning an American Architecture Award in 2019. Tradecraft combines office, storage, trailer parking and other construction focused resources for contractors to scale on a budget.
Then in 2020, Bryce co-founded CleanTech Engineering, an energy efficiency consulting firm, and holds a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation. This background allows him to bring the financial modeling of energy costs directly into the construction and equipment-selection process, helping clients make decisions based on total cost of ownership rather than Cap-Ex costs alone. Bryce also founded Tradecraft Industries, the nation's first Construction Flex-Office space. Across his ventures, he's known for pairing hands-on construction expertise with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to getting projects built right.
Bryce is also the named inventor on U.S. Patent US-11,767,667-B2, "System for Constructing a Modular Dynamic Building," reflecting his ongoing focus on advancing how buildings are designed and built.

The completed building went on to win a 2019 American Architecture Award.
Energy Benchmarking & Retrofit
Client: Industrial Building Owner
Role: Energy Consultant
Project Type: Energy Modeling & Financial Forecasting
Facing Energize Denver benchmarking requirements, the building owner needed a clear, data-backed path to compliance. Construction Incorporated partnered with CleanTech Engineering to build an energy model of the existing building, accurately identifying and forecasting the most cost-effective retrofit options for both the real estate owner and business. Targeted insulation upgrades and minor maintenance items reduced the building's Energy Use Intensity (EUI) by 67%, delivering a simple payback of under 4 years and bringing the building into compliance with Energize Denver targets well ahead of schedule.
